We are open Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm everyday except Wednesday where we open until 8pm
How do i book an appointment?
By booking online - you can also see all our services, pricing, duration of haircut times, availability and swap and change any appointments online - we don't have a phone line and only offer walk in appointments when availability arises due to a no-show - so this is the only way to book in.
I am having issues booking online - can you help?
Sure! The most common we have is when multiple accounts are created for the same person or when the same details are used IE a parent has used their details to book a children's appointment - it's a safety feature and its rare this happens - to stop this from happening just book under your own name and then it the notes section add who the appointment is for.
If you are having any other issues we can amend this on our end so we ask you send us a message or email as we need to manually fix so you can still use the booking site.
We also save current card details in case our cancellation policy isn't met - which is 3 hours notice to cancel or change any appointments otherwise the full appointment amount will be charged to your card.
How do i change an appointment time or cancel if i can't make it?
Simply login to your account and you can swap appointments or cancel if it no longer suits.
What is your cancellation policy?
3 hours notice is the minimum we require - it just gives us time to call the next person on our waitlist. If you no-show or miss an appointment the appointment cost will need to be paid prior to being able to rebook.
How are my credit details stored?
We use a secure payment system called timely - we cannot see your card details once they are entered.
I don't have a visa debit card, how do i book in?
If you don't want to leave your card details or you don't have a card you can manually pay for each appointment in full before booking - you can pop in to the store or email us to arrange.
Do you cut Children's hair?
Yes we do - it's all the same pricing as we don't discount our work based on age.
Do you colour hair?
No we don't! Just barbering
Do you cut or specialise in women's hair?
We don't currently as we only offer and are trained in barber haircuts - no other services apply.
Do you offer cut throat shaves?
Not currently - we are in the process!
Who do you recommend i book in with?
You can see all staff and availability on on online booking site timely - all our barbers are highly recommended and are backed by our satisfaction guarantee - which is if you don't love it we will fix it for you straight away and your next haircut is on us. T&C's Apply.
